FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Hebden Bridge has limited parking so we always recommend use of public transport. However there are several pay and display carparks, some on street parking, and some reserved disabled spaces on street and off street.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Email hebdenfolkroots@gmail.com

What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Bring your printed ticket(s) to the ticket office (back of Quilt Cabin, Albert Street) to collect your wristband(s). Presenting the email on a phone or tablet is also acceptable. Look after your email and wristbands, wristbands will only be issued once.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? As long as an email is presented to the ticket office, the wristband(s) will be issued to the bearer. Look after your email and wristbands, wristbands will only be issued once.

How do I pay for children? Children 14 and under accompanied by an adult are free.

Are tickets available just for a particular artist? We like to think of the festival as a coming together of artists in a single big event rather promoting a series of disconnected gigs, so the only tickets available in advance are those currently advertised on Eventbrite. On the door tickets for events at The Trades Club or The Birchcliffe will be available from 15 minutes before the advertised start time of the afternoon or evening session ONLY if the venue isn't full. If online ticket holders want to get into a particular gig, they are advised to get there early as possession of a ticket cannot guarantee entry to a full venue. Pub performances are all free entry, unless otherwise noted.
